All shipping is flat rate based on your location and order value and will auto calculate at checkout. We use a variety of carriers to ensure fast delivery such as UPS, DHL, Canada Post, USPS, and others.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 1-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been sent. All shipping times are estimates given by the shipping carriers, please allow for potential delays within their network.

Canada

Orders shipping within Canada generally take 1-4 business days to arrive. $12 flat rate shipping to Canada on all orders.

USA

Orders shipping to the US generally take 2-6 business days to arrive. $15 flat rate shipping to USA on all orders.

International

Orders shipping internationally generally take 3-10 business days to arrive. $25 flat rate International shipping on all orders.

All international shipments may be subject to duties/taxes and if/when they arise they are the responsibility of the customer and not Every Other Thursday.

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All discounted items are FINAL SALE as well as any items marked FINAL SALE. If your item has a defect please contact returns@everyotherthursday.com

Our return policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery. If you have recieved your order more than 7 days ago it is unfortunately no longer eligible for returns or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the payment of returns postage and do so at their own expense. To complete your return, please email info@everyotherthursday.com and we will provide you with the next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will proceed accordingly. If the size you are wanting to exchange for is out of stock, a refund will be processed automatically and will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

All items have a size chart linked on the product page. Please refer to the size chart and measure against clothing you already own to confirm that you are ordering the correct size as items tend to sell out and might not be available in other sizes if you need to process an exchange. Packaging

All orders are shipped in either 100% recyclable boxes with water-based adhesive kraft paper tape that can be put into your residential recycling bin or compostable poly mailers. Please remove the shipping label prior to composting. Please do your part and recycle your packaging accordingly.

All orders are purposely shipped without marketing inserts, hang tags, and other products that are usually discarded after opening.

Production

Products are Made in Canada when possible to reduce transportation distance, carbon emmisions, and to ensure a higher level of quality. Products that are made in Canada will be indicated as such in the product description.
